Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the Zazi Health website (zazihealth.com), joining our waitlist, or engaging with any of our digital services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These are general terms applicable during our pre-launch phase and will be updated comprehensively when our product goes live.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Zazi Health ("Zazi Health", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Zazi Health website located at zazihealth.com and any related digital services, content, or communications ("Services").

By accessing our website, registering your interest via our waitlist, submitting any form, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

These Terms are effective as of April 2026 and will remain in effect until updated or replaced at our discretion.

2. Description of services

Zazi Health is a South African FemTech company currently in pre-launch phase. Our Services at this stage consist primarily of:

  • Providing information about our at-home HPV screening solution currently in development
  • Operating a waitlist registration system for individuals interested in being notified at launch
  • Publishing educational content related to cervical health and women's healthcare access in South Africa
  • Facilitating communication between interested parties and the Zazi Health team

We do not currently offer any commercial products, diagnostic services, or medical consultations through this website. These services will be subject to separate, updated terms and conditions upon product launch.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Your use of our Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete

Zazi Health reserves the right to refuse access to our Services to any person at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

What you are registering for

Waitlist registration is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access to any product or service. It does not create any contractual obligation on the part of Zazi Health to supply you with any product.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information including your name, email address, province, and age range. This information is used solely to manage our waitlist and communicate with you about our launch. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Zazi Health related to our product launch, updates, and relevant health information. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly at lisa@zazihealth.com.

No financial commitment

Joining the waitlist is entirely free of charge. No payment information is collected at this stage. Pricing will be communicated clearly before any commercial transaction is required

5.No medical advice

Zazi Health is a technology and health product company, not a medical practice. Any health-related information we publish is intended to raise awareness and provide general education about cervical health and HPV screening access in South Africa.

If you have concerns about your health, symptoms, or medical conditions, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional. In the event of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Zazi Health accepts no liability for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on information published on this website.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Zazi Health website  including but not limited to text, copy, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software  is the intellectual property of Zazi Health or its licensors and is protected under South African and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Permitted use

You may view, access, and print content from this website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

Prohibited use

Without prior written permission from Zazi Health, you may not:
